2016<\/h3>

There were two of us, Edilson Junior and F\u00e1bio Almeida, at a dining table with one big dream: to positively impact businesses through technology in processes and a people-focused company.\n

We started small, with a strong desire to make a difference in the market. That is how Alianzo was born, with two services: Audit and Consulting. \n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2017<\/h3>

We set up our first office in Goi\u00e2nia and hired the first members of the Alianzo team. The goal has always been to be better, so we established an address on Avenida Paulista, S\u00e3o Paulo, and positioned ourselves close to the major market players.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2018<\/h3>

We ran the first trainee program and moved offices; the former space became too small for the Alianzo team.\n

In addition, our desire to continue impacting even more businesses enabled us to host many events, speak to hundreds of entrepreneurs, and add value to many companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2019<\/h3>

Our focus on people was never lost, and we were recognized when we received our first GPTW certification, ranking among the 5 best companies to work for in the Midwest.\n

Business expansion did not stop, and we began to think in terms of an ecosystem of solutions for businesses and founded our BPO area. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2020<\/h3>

We moved once again. \n

And we opened the new office in Setor Sul, Goi\u00e2nia, reinforcing Alianzo\u2019s brand and purpose.\n

In addition, we achieved two important GPTW rankings: best company to work for in the Midwest and among the 100 best in Brazil. \n

That same year, we announced Alianzo\u2019s new partners, Jhonatan Nascimento and T\u00falio Alves, who earned their advancement through our partnership program, once again reinforcing the recognition and appreciation of our talent.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2021<\/h3>

We created the Finance area and further strengthened our ecosystem. We accelerated innovation and boosted the technology, marketing, and sales areas, and implemented the customer success area. \n

We launched a new trainee program and surpassed the 100-employee mark on our team, further strengthening our relationship through the restructuring of the people area.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2022<\/h3>

We understand how painful growth can be, but we chose not to stand still and incorporated \u00c1pice, a pioneering company in the Midwest in the BPO model, which arrived to add even more value to our ecosystem.\n

We grew the team to more than 200 people and serve clients in 23 Brazilian states. \n

The expansion plan continued at full speed, and we began the procedures to open the office in Cuiab\u00e1-MT. In addition, we achieved our third GPTW ranking, now in the mid-sized companies category. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2023<\/h3>

The innovation that runs through our veins overflowed into our internal innovation area, and we began creating our own technologies to deliver even more efficient outcomes for our clients. We continued to grow and arrived in Cuiab\u00e1. \n

With an office directly connected to the others through its architecture and design, we opened this new headquarters with a productive capacity of 25 workstations in the in-person model.\n

We are certain that big dream remains alive within us. \n
